Bridget brings over 21 years experience in consulting, training and development. Her particular focus is on leadership, people management skills, transitions, coaching and presentation skills. Her expertise lies in challenging clients on their needs, designing courses / interventions to fit those needs and then delivering them. Her workshops are intensive and interactive and always given with energy and sparkle. Her aim is to give clients practical tools to help tackle everyday, work-related issues.
Clients include: Johnson & Johnson, Bayer Health Care, Firmenich, Frederique Constant, Kudelski Group, Medtronic, Novartis, Syngenta, Gore, Almirall, Nestlé and Sara Lee. Assignments have been worldwide, mostly in Europe, but also China, Taiwan, Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, India, Bangladesh, US, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Morocco, Tanzania and South Africa.
Since graduating, she has lived in the Middle East, Switzerland, Holland, Germany and now France. Bridget speaks fluent French and good German, Dutch and Spanish.
She has an honours degree in French and German from Durham University, UK. After she completed an RSA qualification in adult education and is qualified to use the MBTI and DISC. She is also an ICF certified coach and NLP practitioner. She currently lives in Chamonix, France where she indulges her passion for mountains.
