Using solution focussed coaching techniques he helps clients investigate different perspectives, focus on key outcomes and find creative ways to explore the journey from outset to deliverable. Importantly, he works to ensure that the team and project objectives are met effectively with clear thinking, good participation and full buy-in from everyone involved, keeping a clear focus and moving through any possible complex areas in appropriate detail to drive sustainable value.

Carl discovered early in his career that relationships are central to effectiveness in life and has consequently risen to the challenge to observe, study and apply the necessary experience to help make them work wherever possible. He has a reputation for being skilful in distilling relevant information, to flexibly adapt approaches depending on the flow of progress, and an ability to infuse energy as required to help people find the inner resources and creativity to embrace change and opportunity.

Carl brings many years of experience running training courses in countries across the globe, in Africa, South America, Asia as well as the US and Europe. He is very familiar with cultural dynamics and the importance of connecting at an appropriate level, formulating innovative solutions, driving group dynamics, motivating individuals and teams and thereby facilitating their development.

Originally from the UK, He spent 7 years in Belgium and have lived in Switzerland for the last 5 years. Prior to consulting he held Director level positions in GSK and more recently in Novartis where he was a Business Partner to senior management, helping drive strategy and build productive relationships in teams inside and outside the company. For the last 20 years his focus has been on relationship management, facilitating productive meetings, finding solutions fit for purpose. Predominantly working in the pharmaceutical sphere, he also brings experience in retail, sports and with non profit organisations

He holds a degree in Chemistry and an MBA from Vlerick Business School in Leuven. He is an accredited ICF coach and enjoys learning new skill and continues to be fascinated by relationship dynamics and culture.
